Key Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment. Identify and report the need for major repairs. Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations.Requirements: Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
