Warehouse Operative Pertemps Stoke are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our client’s growing team in Stone, Staffordshire. Main Duties of this Warehouse Operative role: Accurately assemble products to a high standard, following specified guidelines. Carefully pack items for shipment, ensuring all orders are securely packaged and correctly labelled. Assist with the loading and unloading of goods from delivery vehicles. Organise and maintain stock, ensuring products are stored in the correct locations and inventory levels are accurate. Inspect assembled products for defects or damages, ensuring only quality items are dispatched. Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Provide general assistance to the team as needed, including order picking and using warehouse management systems.Skills and Requirements for this Warehouse Operative role: A strong eye for detail is essential to ensure that products are assembled and packed correctly. This role involves some manual handling, including lifting and moving products. Ability to work well within a team, supporting colleagues to meet deadlines. Manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment, ensuring orders are completed on time. Understanding and adhering to safety protocols is crucial. Previous experience in a warehouse or assembly role is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
