As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and providing tailored interventions to support the speech, language, and communication needs of our students. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication skills. * Develop and implement individualized therapy plans. * Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. * Monitor and report on the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans as necessary. * Provide training and support to school staff to promote communication-friendly environments. Requirements: * Qualified Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC registration. * Experience working with children with special educational needs. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. * Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of our students.
