Linear Recruitment are searching for an experienced Project Manager to work on a large scale, social housing refurbishment scheme. You will be based at the Huddersfield office covering multiple locations. Long term Freelance opportunity Responsibilities: * Managing team of site managers * Conducting plans for the following months * Organising surveys of properties * Liaising with sub-contractors and co-ordinating delivery of refurbishments Requirements: * Direct experience working as a Project Manager on large scale social housing refurbishment projects (ideally kitchen and bathrooms) * Very strong organisational and communication skills * Strong management skills * Be able to work to tight deadlines For more information: Please contact Nathan from Linear
