Head Chef Established Pub Company - Herefordshire JWR is recruiting for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team of a pub with rooms in Herefordshire. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for delivering a memorable dining experience for its guests. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. Discounts across the group Key Responsibilities: Leading and managing the kitchen team, including recruitment, training, and development. Delivering innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and cater to diverse tastes. Ensuring efficient kitchen operations, including stock control and budget management. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health and safety practices. Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a reputable establishment. Excellent culinary skills with a focus on quality & consistency. Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to inspire and motivate a team.
