Senior Quantity Surveyor

A new client of Sphere Solutions, are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor, to commence a new role with immediate effect. My client are an established regional Groundwork's Subcontractor, who specialise in Residentially bias Civils schemes, typically across volume Housing projects. They are experiencing a period of sustained growth and are therefore looking to add a senior member of staff to their Commercial team. The ideal candidate for the role will be able to run the Commercial elements of single or simultaneous projects, whilst having a good amount of autonomy, reporting into a Commercial Director. You will have relevant Degree level qualifications, as well as having detailed knowledge of the Residential Groundwork's.
