We are excited to be recruiting for a Manager based at Royal Opera House Staff & Arti. Key responsibilities Responsible for organising and managing the day-to-day operations of the Staff and Artist Restaurant at the Royal Opera House. Oversee a team of up to 10 team members. Recruit and train staff members. Prepare team rotas in accordance with the business needs. Ensure excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation. Prepare Menu and allergen signage. Handle all ordering and inventory including weekly stock takes.
