ASSISTANT SITE MANAGER - WEMBLEY
Future Build Recruitment have partnered with a leading social housing main contractor in the search for an Assistant Site Manager to join on a permanent basis on a newly secured long term framework covering West London.
You will initially be supporting a Site Manager on a residential refurbishment of scattered properties in the Wembley area, covering external elements such as roofing, window replacements and repairs.
Main responsibilities will be maintaining a good health and safety on site, assisting the Site Manager in all his duties, keeping residents informed of all works taking place and managing various sub contractors and trades completing the works.
SMSTS, Fist Aid, CSCS are required as well as some knowledge on social housing or externals.
