Finance Administrator (Assets)

The finance administrator (assets) role is based within a renewable, leading data company in the City of London. The role is based in London, with the headquarters based in Germany! Description Asset Management:Maintain a comprehensive asset register, including details of acquisition, depreciation, cost centre allocation and disposal Conduct regular asset audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies Prepare asset-related schedules for financial reporting Collaborate with Procurement and Operations teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records Coordinate with other departments for asset transfers and disposals Ensure compliance with asset-related policies and procedures Inventory Management:Facilitate the process of regular inventory counts and reconciliations Support the implementation of inventory control systems and procedures Collaborate with Procurement and Operations teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records Financial Analysis:Prepare financial analysis on asset and inventory balances/projects Calculate depreciation and amortisation expenses (within SAP 4 HANA and manual estimations, where required) Provide insights into asset and inventory projects Support budgeting and forecasting processes Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset and inventory data in the financial system (SAP) Develop and maintain reports / dashboards to track asset deliveries against large contracts and deployment schedules Ensure data integrity and consistencyProfile Be ACCA / ACA Part-Qualified / Finalist Experienced in use of SAP 4HANA Personable and confident Able to conduct above reposibilities without assistance Job Offer £50,000 - £55,000 annual salary Hybrid working Fantastic office environment Career progression pathways
