Secondary Teachers Winchester Academics are a local education recruitment agency with a large presence across Winchester, we're looking for dedicated and qualified supply teachers to join our secondary team. We have work available for immediate start dates, day-to-day supply and long-term cover. Joining our team of local Secondary Teachers in Winchester, you will be responsible for: * Delivering pre-planned lessons to secondary pupils across a range of subjects (KS3-KS4) * Maintaining a calm and engaging learning environment * Following the schools policies and procedures * Monitoring pupils participation during lessons * Implementing methods that encourage active learning You will need to be available between 8:30am - 3:30pm and be local to the area. Secondary Teachers with Academics will join for various reasons. Whether you are hoping for a more balanced, flexible work schedule, would like to gain more classroom experience before embarking on a permanent role or are only looking to work for a short stint, we can help.
