We are looking for an Senior Engineering Project Manager with electronics project experience to join their custom power supply design team based in Worthing, UK. Senior Engineering Project Manager Key Responsibilities: * Lead global product development projects, mentoring teams to success. * Set team goals, oversee budgets, and manage project risks. * Collaborate with marketing and customers to create innovative solutions. * Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and improve product development processes. * Partner with manufacturing to enhance product quality and cost-efficiency. Qualifications: * Degree in electronics engineering or similar. * Proven experience leading projects from concept to manufacture. * Strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail. * Agile experience or PMI certification is a plus.
