Enjoy flexibility in this field-based Head of Training role zipping around in your company car HEAD OF TRAINING - Field Based (National) 1 hour commute of Newcastle The role: As Head of Training, you will be responsible for a team of Brand Ambassadors and Trainers accompanying them in their client visits as well as managing your own clients. You will spend your day-to-day with your team or individually visiting clients around the North East and North West and will be highly organised. The Head of Training will be confident in delivering support, training and highlighting products to upsell to earn a competitive bonus. You will be required to be quick on your feet, identify training needs, share ideas, and provide feedback to management. You will be experienced in operating coffee machines and come from a tea and coffee background. You will be required to live within in an hours commute to Newcastle to spend time in the office when not on the road.
