Junior Project Manager

Astute's Renewables team is partnering with a specialist in solar energy projects for the commercial and industrial sector, to recruit for a Junior Project Manager, this position will be based in their London office. The strategically important Junior Project Manager role comes with a salary of up to £42,000, company bonus and hybrid working. Responsibilities and duties As the Junior Project Manager you will: Identify and evaluate potential sites for solar projects, taking into account factors such as infrastructure, environmental impact, legal and regulatory requirements, and financial feasibility. Support the project development process, from land acquisition and permits to stakeholder engagement and project completion. Provide detailed project plans, track key milestones, and adjust schedules as needed to mitigate risks and meet deadlines. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution. Support all project aspects including, legal negotiations, and operational strategies, while ensuring compliance with regulations. Maintain client relationships, keeping them updated with project developments. Attend prospective client teams to support sales team presentations. Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following: Previous project management experience An understanding of permitting, land acquisition and legal requirements.
