A leading financial services organisation is currently searching for an Implementation Consultants with experience in XML, MT, ISO, and API's on a 6-12 month contract basis. This will be an umbrella day rate contract role, with their working policy being 2 / 3 days out of their city of London offices. Responsibilities for the role are; Our client is a leading financial service firm, dedicated to transforming the financial industry through cutting-edge technology. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Implementation Consultants with a strong background in payment systems and standards, including XML, MT, ISO, and API integrations. Job Summary: As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in deploying our payment solutions to clients. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, configuring our systems to meet these needs, and ensuring seamless integration with their existing infrastructure. Your expertise in payment standards such as XML, MT, ISO, and APIs will be essential in delivering high-quality implementations. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and payment processing requirements. Configure and customize our payment solutions to align with client specifications. Lead integration efforts, ensuring seamless connectivity between our systems and client infrastructure using XML, MT, ISO 20022, and API standards. Provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation process. Conduct testing and validation to ensure successful deployment of payment solutions. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for each implementation project. Train clients on the use and maintenance of our payment systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to deliver exceptional service. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during implementation and post-deployment. Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and regulatory requirements related to payments.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an Implementation Consultant or similar role, with a focus on payment systems. Strong knowledge of payment standards and formats, including XML, MT (SWIFT), ISO 20022, and APIs. Proficiency in integration technologies and tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
