They are looking for an experienced Housing Officer for a temporary position.

What will you do in the role?

• Managing tenancy agreements and resolving tenant issues.
• Coordinating property maintenance and repairs.
• Ensuring compliance with housing regulations and policies.
• Collecting rent and managing arrears.

Who would excel in this role?

• Experienced Housing Officer with experience of managing their own patch.
• Experience of tenancy management, asb and estate services.
• Strong knowledge of the housing sector.
