Food and Beverage Team Leader

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (Based on Experience)  Exciting Opportunity: Head of Food and Beverage at Holme Lacy House Hotel Are you ready to take the next step in your hospitality career? We’re seeking a dynamic Head of Food and Beverage to join our team at Holme Lacy House Hotel. Your Role: In this pivotal position, you will oversee the seamless operation of our diverse dining establishments, including multiple restaurants, and bars. You’ll lead and inspire a talented team of up to 100 individuals, collaborating closely with both the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Managers to foster a cohesive working environment. As the Head of Food and Beverage, you'll play a key role in enhancing our guests' experiences, ensuring that the dining aspect of their stay at Warner Hotels exceeds expectations. About Us: Holme Lacy House Hotel is a stunning Grade I listed property set in 20 acres of scenic Hertfordshire countryside, complete with breathtaking views of Marcle Ridge. As part of the Warner Hotels Group, our hotel boasts 181 luxurious bedrooms, a theatre, a well-appointed spa, two renowned restaurants, and a coffee shop.
