Contracts Manager - FM Service Provider - Central London - up to £68,000 Are you a Contracts Manager looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider? An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working in a Commercial Site in Central London. GH Engage are currently recruiting a Contracts Manager to work in a Large Commercial Site in Central London. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Central London. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Contracts Manager currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Contract Management looking after the full P&L and a medium sized team on site. In return the company are offering a salary up to £68,000 with Car/Travel allowance, Private Health care, Bonuses and training and development. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Looking after the full financial and delivery responsibility of the Contract Ensuring that all Statutory Obligations are met Ensuring all records, data and systems are kept up to date and in accordance with standards, policies and procedures. Maintain excellent client relationships Maximise opportunities for additional revenue and margin Responsible for the contract management of the staff, operation and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical plants/services, project works and Building performance. Daily management of the Engineering team including compliance with disciplinary processes and procedures. To complete the weekly operations report to the client and attend weekly operations meeting, client meetings as requested, in conjunction with the client.Required Skills: Experience with looking after a £1.5 million - £3 million P&L 5 Years previous experience within a similar position Experience with looking after High End Commercial & Residential sites Technical Background (Desirable) Benefits: Car/Travel Allowance Private Health Care Training and Development Bonuses
