How will you be making a difference? Diagnose and repair devices. Handle quotations and shipping documents. Manage repair processes for Microsoft and Apple devices. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Windows and Apple systems. Service and refurbish devices to optimal functionality. Coordinate timely repairs and communication with customers. Maintain meticulous documentation and data management. Collaborate with internal and external teams. Essential Qualifications/skills/experience Excellent attention to detail. Ability to follow detailed instructions. Excellent communication skills. Technical knowledge of Windows and iOS. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to prioritise effectively. Ability to adapt to change. Why join us?
