Production Operative

Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact? We're looking for a Production/Assembly Worker to help us build top-quality HVAC, induction loop, and fire suppression components. What our client offers: Work-life balance – 39 hours per week: Mon-Thurs: 08:00 - 17:00 (30-minute break at 13:00) Fri: 08:00 - 13:00 (early finish!) Optional overtime – but only when needed Opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment Your Role: Assemble a variety of products – from one-offs to large-scale runs. Operate production machinery safely and effectively. Inspect and ensure every product meets our high standards. Fix mechanical issues or flag them to your supervisor. Keep the production area tidy and equipment in top shape. Bonus Skills: Help with packing, stocking, and deliveries during busy times or when covering holidays. Occasionally drive the company van for pickups or drop-offs. What You Need: Basic experience with tools (screwdrivers, pliers, drills, etc.). Some knowledge of electrical wiring is a plus. A standard driving license. A strong work ethic, team spirit, and a willingness to learn new skills. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in production or warehousing. Manual handling skills and familiarity with production equipment. An FLT license is a plus, but not essential.
