Required to be in the office 5 days a week.

Job Description
As the Billing Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Telecom and Mobile Billing Operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards. Leading an exceptional Billing Team, you will manage daily Billing Operations and Support to maintain excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing Operations Management:
Oversee the end-to-end Telecom billing process using aBillity billing platform.
Ensure timely and accurate generation of invoices for all Telecom services.
Maintain data in billing system to suit the business needs.
Monitor customer usage and alerting procedures.
Manage CDR imports for all billing suppliers.Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyse billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations based on this.
Generate other regular and ad-hoc reports for management and stakeholders.
Prepare monthly reports and challenge current reporting methodology to improve quality.
Produce dealer and staff commissions reports.
Identify opportunities to improve data accessibility for streamlined company-wide data access.Customer Support:
Address and resolve customer billing enquiries and disputes in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the various sales and support teams to ensure a seamless billing experience for clients.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem solving.
Liaise with Credit Control to address any outstanding issues to secure timely payments.Compliance and Audit:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Implement and maintain billing controls to prevent errors and fraud.Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of billing specialists.
Overlook procedures of best practices and standards.
Review existing processes and internal reports to standardise, simplify and automate.
Provide training and support to team members on the billing platform and billing processes.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Carry out on the job training and performance reviews.
Collaborate with the Finance and Credit Control teams to streamline the invoice and collection process.
Encourage teamwork across departments to address shared challenges and enhance overall productivity and a unified approach to company goals.Required Skills and Abilities:
Previous experience within a similar role in the Telecom industry.
Great leadership and organisational skills - seeking continual efficiencies.
Confident and innovative, but calm under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
