The Role: The Associate Electrical Design Engineer will lead and manage the delivery of technically excellent, profitable projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination across all project stages. The Associate Electrical Design Engineer will ensure designs comply with industry standards and client expectations while contributing to the strategic direction of the team. Manage client relationships, attending key meetings, and playing a pivotal role in the business development process. Skills and Background: Chartered Engineer status (or working towards it), with a degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (MEng or BEng). The Associate Electrical Design Engineer has significant experience in delivering large-scale, complex projects within the M&E industry, including Critical Systems. Proven leadership experience, managing both teams and projects effectively. Strong technical knowledge, including proficiency in IT-based calculation software, as well as Dialux, Relux, Amtech, Revit and Microsoft Office. The Associate Electrical Design Engineer has excellent communication and organisational skills, with a track record of delivering projects that exceed client expectations.
