Were Looking for Someone Who :
Holds a Health & Social Care Management Qualification at QCF Level 5 (or equivalent)
Has experience developing therapeutic interventions and delivering group or one-on-one sessions in a substance misuse setting
Has overseen the operations of a centre
Is proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
Can manage financial budgets effectively
Leads and supports a diverse team of staff and volunteers
Is skilled in managing challenging behaviour
Is committed to continuous professional development
Is flexible and adaptable to the needs of the role
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure the centre complies with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards and safeguarding protocols
Maintain and improve the quality of the therapeutic recovery programme
Oversee a range of therapeutic interventions and social inclusion initiatives
Compile data and produce accurate, timely reports
Manage the performance and development of staff and volunteers
Maximise client retention and occupancy to meet company targets
Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the centre, including health & safety and facilities management
