Position: Mechanic Location: Patchway, North Bristol Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM What Youll Be Doing: As part of the team, youll play a key role in keeping customers vehicles running smoothly. Your day-to-day duties will include: Performing routine maintenance and servicing on a wide range of vehicles Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues , using your expertise to quickly identify problems Repairing or replacing faulty components such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems Conducting inspections and performing preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity of vehicle systems Test driving vehicles to confirm successful repairs and proper functionality Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow Keeping accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed What Were Looking For: Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar role Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills to explain issues and solutions to customers and colleagues What We Offer: Competitive Salary: Starting from £25,000 (depending on experience) plus an Annual Bonus Company Pension Scheme On-site Parking Company Events Opportunity to work in a well-established, family-run business with a strong community presence If you're a skilled mechanic who thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you!
