About the role:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This rewarding full-time role requires someone who is proactive, patient, and able to create a safe and nurturing environment where students can develop academically and personally. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide dedicated support to students with SEMH needs in both individual and group settings. • Collaborate with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to create tailored learning plans. • Encourage positive behaviour management strategies to foster a productive learning environment. • Support students in developing social skills, confidence, and emotional resilience. • Actively participate in school activities, training, and team meetings to continuously improve support.
