Role purpose / summary

• Lead the creation of coalesced views of business capabilities and technology capabilities
\n
• Champion ideas which improve technology value delivery
\n
• Work directly with project development teams to enable successful project implementation on the platform
\n
• Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking and innovation for enterprise solutions (focus on customer impact/experience, responsive design, data management & analytics )
\n
• Participate as appropriate with the opportunity assessment process used to evaluate new business opportunities new technologies
\n
• Lead the architecture and enabling technologies strategy for core banking domain
\n
• Extended knowledge and experience in in retail and corporate banking
\n
• Experience in leading core banking transformation programmes.
\n
• Ability to define solution for enterprise and have a vision to do big bang, strangled modernisation and transformation.
\n
• Understanding of customer and master data management
\n
• Excellent presentation and analysis skills
\n
• Understanding of BIAN framework is preferrable
\n
• Application consultant and architecture experience
\n
