Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Central London (hybrid 2 days per week in office)

A Day in the life:

• Be the first point of contact and brand ambassador for the group using knowledge of the business areas, business vision and mission to sell the purpose and goals of the group.
• Source potential candidates through multiple different channels and avenues (e.g. social media platforms, job boards, professional networks & other innovative techniques).
• Own the end to end recruitment process from qualifying business needs to selection approaches through to offering and onboarding.
• Partner with managers to interview candidates and coach managers on best practice and bias awareness.

About you:

• Experience working within internal recruitment in a fast-paced organisation with high volume roles and multiple priorities with a desire to grow and develop.
• Experience recruiting within tech or commercial business areas and/or the training industry would be an advantage.
• A genuine interest in building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates and external suppliers.
• Experience and practical knowledge of utilising Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to take ownership of systems, processes and outcomes.
