Shared Registered Manager

We are excited to announce a career progression opportunity for a shared Registered Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the Area Manager to support the day-to-day running of our services, to deliver contractual and organisational requirements. You will also provide support and guidance to Service Managers, contributing to the overall success of the area. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for: Ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet statutory, contractual, and organizational standards. Maintaining professional and technical standards that meet the expectations of Commissioners. Effectively managing and leading the Service, promoting excellence and innovation.  Successful candidates will be required to have an Enhanced DBS check prior to commencing employment. Service Development: Continually seek out new opportunities for growth and development of the service whilst protecting and safeguarding the Company’s values and culture. People Management & Leadership: Provide clear and structured day to day management and support to the local team in order to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered. Collaborative Working: Lead the team in promoting an environment of collaborative working with other departments and agencies, both across the Company and within the wider Multi-Disciplinary Team.
