Location: Home based in Southend
Client Group: Vulnerable Young People
Salary: £47,000 + (Depending On Experience)


What Youll Bring As a Children's Home Manager

  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Childrens Services (or equivalent).
  • Experience: Proven experience managing a childrens residential home, with a track record of securing good or great CQC ratings.
  • CQC Registration: You must be a registered CQC manager.
  • Knowledge: A strong grasp of child protection legislation, therapeutic approaches, and best practices in childrens care.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster a motivated and high-performing team.

  • Well-being Monitoring: Regularly assess childrens progress, making adjustments as needed to enhance their care.
