Benefits:
Salary : £35,000 - £45,416
Relocation package : Up to £8,000
Pension contribution : 11.5%, worth over £5,000 annually

Responsibilities:
Provide support to local authorities in assisting Care Experienced and Cared For Young People as they transition to independence.
Collaborate with children and young people to develop and implement their pathway plans, focusing on key areas such as health, education, employment, training, and relationships.
To be considered for a role within the Pathways Team, ideally you will have:
BSc in Social Work or equivalent
Social Work England registration
At least 1 year of experience within a similar children's social work setting
