Breakfast/Bistro Chefs

We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef on behalf of our client to join their team at a popular dining location. This role is perfect for a skilled chef who is confident in handling both breakfast and bistro-style cuisine, working in a dynamic environment that shifts from morning meals to lunchtime dining.

Job Details:

• Shift Hours: 7 am - 4 pm
• Weekly Hours: 45 hours
• Menu Transition: Begin the day with the break menu and transition to the bistro menu at lunchtime, offering a variety of fresh and delicious dishes throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a range of dishes, starting with breakfast items and moving to more sophisticated bistro-style cuisine.
• Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Work efficiently during busy periods and adapt to menu changes throughout the day.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage ingredients, inventory, and supplies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a chef in a busy kitchen environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of both breakfast and bistro-style cooking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for food and delivering high-quality dishes consistently.
