Pest Control Technician

Job Title: Pest Control Technician Location: London Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications Job Description: As a Pest Control Technician, you will play a key role in managing and eliminating pest infestations for a diverse range of clients, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties. You will be responsible for inspecting sites, identifying pest issues, implementing treatment plans, and providing expert advice to clients on preventive measures. This position involves working independently and maintaining a structured schedule within your assigned area. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct pest control treatments and inspections for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. * Identify pest infestations, offer tailored solutions, and apply appropriate treatments. * Maintain accurate records of your work, including customer interactions and treatment details. * Advise clients on pest prevention strategies and recommend additional services when appropriate. * Actively look for opportunities to extend services to nearby properties or associated businesses, helping * Expand the company’s reach and revenue. * Adhere to health and safety regulations in all tasks. Requirements: * BPCA Level 2 Certification (required). * Previous experience in pest control. * A full UK driving license. * Strong problem-solving and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a structured schedule within a designated area.
