Fabricator/Tig Welder - West Midlands  An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self‐motivated individual who would like to join a progressing company. This role is based within an established Production department; therefore, a strong team player attitude is essential Summary of Job: To undertake fabricating duties, as required, in accordance with the company’s quality standards and best engineering working practices To undertake activities in a timely and efficient manner in order to maintain company contractual delivery requirements To assist, where required, in peripheral activities, e.g., assembly, packing, etc. To undertake activities with the management, H&S and environmental systems Qualifications, Experience & Skills Must be competent with the fabricating of pressure pipe work or vessels Must be competent with fabrication equipment such as oxyacetylene cutting, plasma cutting and other fabrication tools Competent (none coded) T.I.G welder for tack up and simple welding tasks Experience of working from engineering drawings Benefits    Competitive Salary Company bonus Company pension scheme Death in Service 23 days holiday (19 floating days, 4 fixed towards Christmas shut down) +extra service days +Bank Holidays +Birthday Leave (after 2 full calendar years’ service) Training opportunities Free eye tests and contribution towards glasses for PC users, if appropriate Social events organised and funded by the company Your CV will be forwarded to Jonathan Lee Recruitment, a leading engineering and manufacturing recruitment consultancy established in 1978.
