Customer Service Operative

My client, a well known house builder, are currently seeking a Customer Service Operative. The Customer Care Maintenance Operative carries out inspections and maintenance work to the highest standard work on newly sold homes within the Divisional area. They will attend scheduled appointments for remediation of reported defects in occupied properties and complete any repairs or defects to a high standard The role of Customer Care Maintenance Operative reports to the Customer Care Manager / Team Leader. Previous experience working in a multi-trade skilled role on residential properties is essential
