German Speaking Strategic Buyer

Fusion People Recruitment is seeking a professional, self-motivated individual with proven German speaking skills and Strategic Buying experience to join our client based in Aylesbury for the position of German speaking Strategic Buyer. You should have experience of negotiating long term contracts, sourcing new components within an engineering or manufacturing environment. Ideally with experience of purchasing electro mechanical assemblies or components. You should also be able to speak German Job role: German Speaking Strategic Buyer Location: Aylesbury Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience) Holiday: 25 days plus Bank Holidays Benefits: Pension scheme JOB SUMMARY ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the purchasing and inventory management of product groups assigned to support MRP, Kanban, Sales Orders or R&D. Sourcing of new components and assemblies from new and existing suppliers Responsible for the supplier relationship management EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT Essential Experience in negotiating long term contract with suppliers Have been responsible for sourcing new components Will have knowledge of working within an engineering or manufacturing environment Knowledge of procuring of purchasing electro mechanical assemblies or components Ability to speak German If you are interested and believe you have suitable skills and experience to be considered for this position then please apply.
