Role:Client Support Supervisor Location: Milton Keynes, Bucks - you will be expected to cover the other offices located around the Bucks area. Hours: worked Monday to Friday 8.00- 500 (normally 4.00pm finish on a Friday) Overview of the Role As a Client Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for helping keep the client experience at very high levels. So excellent administration and organisational skills with the best attention to detail is a must eg ensuring correct details, reports, etc that are so integral to the Financial Services business. You will be responsible for the junior client support managers (3 of them) in the office, with the objective that they are meeting and exceeding the minimum standards set within the job role, and to be a support for them from compiling reports, to collating information and everything in between The supervisor role needs to ensure that our service obligations are being met at all times every time as would be expected of the FSA industry code This role will also involve assisting the financial adviser with an agreed selection of clients (which will tend to be the more complex/ Higher net wealth clients in the office). Compiling reports, fact finding, attending meetings to take notes, etc Key Responsibilities * Identify training/coaching/upskilling required by team members * Assist/undertake weekly meetings with to help schedule their week. * Develop and support the junior client support managers (JCSMs) * Show the flexibility to help with the general activates required in a small business * Ensure JCSMs are meeting and exceeding minimum standards including by reviewing and monitoring them to help develop them * Client Notes must be kept up to date and of course accurate * Highlight any outstanding workloads * Prepare documentation for client review meetings * At client meetings take review meeting notes, update fact finds and complete decisions summary/after meeting report to client. * Conduct regular client contact and record findings. * Complete reports and valuations as appropriate/required. * Undertake and Complete fund switches/Utilise client ISA allowances as appropriate - hence, if you have banking, mortgage, fs industry experience, this would be a great benefit) * Help monitor client cash accounts on a monthly basis. Skills & Attributes * The ability to build sustainable relationships with colleagues as well as clients * Strong customer service ethos, putting client’s best interests at heart of everything * Accuracy and willingness to go the extra mile - its a very team attitude * Maintain confidentiality. * Clear, accurate and concise English verbal and written communication - their is a fair bit of phone work and a lot of writing * Ability to work on own initiative and meet targets. * Planning and organisation skills & time management. * Flexibility that is required in a small business, and ability to adapt to change. * ideally have been a leader of a small team to help develop and grow them * an out and out motivator who leads by example * Great admin skills! * Always willing to learn and develop * Proven senior admin based experience * must be located with a commutable distance * full eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship unfortunately) Whilst any formal financial qualifications would be a benefit this is an unregulated role, and full training will be given so are not necessarily required.
