Amazon is seeking an experienced Fire Protection Engineer to join our team asSenior Technical Program Manager (TPM), playing a pivotal role in leadingdesign, facility, and engineering activities within Amazons FulfillmentNetwork across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). This role will belocated in Luxembourg with occasional travel. Reporting directly to the GlobalRealty Engineering Manager in Luxembourg, the successful candidate will beresponsible for developing and cross-functionally managing fire protectionengineering programs aimed at optimizing and enhancing the safety andefficiency of both existing and new facilities. Collaboration with variousstakeholders will be essential to drive the development and management of fireprotection design specifications. The ideal candidate will possess extensiveproject and program management experience, practical knowledge of fireprotection engineering, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technicalenvironment while partnering with multiple stakeholders to implement cost-saving processes and programs. Key job responsibilities The Sr TPM (Technical Program Manager) will be the single threaded leader onfire protection design initiatives across the EMEA region while tracking keymetrics and performance, function as consulting SME to stakeholders, be ableto build a business case and market building improvements, and work across theindustry to understand trends and develop scalable technologies. ### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in technical product or program management - Experience working directly with engineering teams - Experience in software development - Experience in technical program management working directly with softwareengineering teams - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, buildingprocesses and coordinating release schedules ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule,budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, buildingsustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPIsSLAs used to drive multi-million dollarbusinesses and reporting to senior leadership Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
