The role requires -Experience managing a classroom -Sound overall subject knowledge -Good Classroom management skills -Ability to mark work -Assist the teacher in planning lessons -Ability to work throughout a school in different year groups -Experience of working with children that have additional needs advantageous The succesful candidate would have experience working as a HLTA or having worked as QTS who would like a role that still involes teaching without the additional expectations of working as a teacher.
