Experienced Assistant General Manager - Modern British Restaurant, Hammersmith We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join the team at this fantastic, independently owned group of brasseries & larders serving modern British food with a real focus seasonal produce from around the UK. As Assistant General Manager you would will be based in Hammersmith, you will assist and support the General Manager in the daily running of the restaurant, ensuring that the highest standards are always maintained. The Person The ideal Assistant General Manager will have the following: - Previous experience in an Assistant General Manager in the hospitality industry - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Experience in high volume, upscale restaurants - Can do attitude & team player & leader - Fully flexible on day/evening/weekend shifts - A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn - Ability to train, lead and guide the front of house - Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels - Assist in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting If you are an experienced Assistant General Manager looking for a new opportunity apply today!
