Role: Hire Manager

Salary: Up to 45,000 PA

Location: Stafford

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve Budget & KPI Goals: Each Tool Hire Manager will strive to meet hire budgets and continually improve KPIs.
• Promote Hire & Sales: The Tool Hire Manager will foster strong customer relationships through proactive internal and external selling.
• Safety Compliance: Every Tool Hire Manager must ensure health and safety standards are met across all hire operations.
• Manage Distribution & Transport: Oversee the hire transport operations to ensure compliance with both legal and company guidelines.
• Fleet Maintenance & Branch Duties: As part of the branch team, the Tool Hire Manager will also manage fleet upkeep, company audits, reports, and stock takes.

Each Tool Hire Manager plays a key role in maintaining the high standards of the hire fleet and upholding the company's commitment to excellence.
