Reporting to the Senior Manager of Billing, you will oversee billing workflows, policies, and procedures, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment. What Youll Get £35,000 - £45,000 Opportunities for professional development and leadership Supportive team environment Comprehensive benefits package What Youll Do Oversee all billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and provide hands-on support when necessary Manage billing compliance, including timely submission of new timekeepers on vendor platforms, and prepare billing reports to support month-end close Act as the billing systems expert, resolving issues and optimizing system efficiency Delegate tasks based on workload and priority, while developing and implementing billing policies, procedures, and internal controls Lead, coach, and mentor the Billing Team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and handling recruitment as needed Conduct mid-year and annual performance evaluations, including for Senior Managers when required What Youll Need Demonstrable experience in the billing industry Minimum 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to present and persuade based on data analysis Proficiency with billing software, as well as Excel, Word, and Outlook Learn More Please apply to hear more or contact Jack Bailie @ Hayward Hawk.
