Project Manager Stone Key Responsibilities: Lead the management of multiple contracts, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery within budget. Serve as the key interface between internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and overseeing project performance. Collaborate closely with production and hardware engineering teams based in Stone to ensure seamless integration. Oversee financial management of contracts, including coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. Provide leadership and direction to a diverse team of up to 30 professionals, including project managers, engineers (hardware, software, installation). Ensure compliance with all Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety standards, working with the Company's QH&S Manager and the project H&S Advisor. Facilitate regular client meetings to review project progress and provide clear updates. Support future business development by ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering excellence in project execution. Essential Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 10 years of full-scope project management experience in E, C&I within the nuclear or similarly regulated industries. Strong customer-facing skills, with a proven ability to manage client relationships effectively. In-depth knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts. Commercial acumen with strong negotiation skills. Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Experience managing subcontractors and delivering against contractual obligations. Strong leadership and team management experience. Must hold a valid driving license and be willing to travel, including overnight stays at client sites as needed. Eligible for Security Clearance (SC) as a minimum requirement. Desirable Qualifications: Recognized project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, APMP) or equivalent training. Recognized safety certification (e.g., IOSH Managing Safely) or equivalent training.
