We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales professional to fill the position of CCS Regional Channel Partner (DACH & North Europe) - Parental cover. This is a temporary position for 12 months. Responsibilities: Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Chromatography Consumables Sales (CCS) business across the DACH region & North Europe.Collaborate closely with Channel Partners to drive substantial growth and increase market share.Craft and implement core business processes to ensure flawless customer satisfaction.Work closely with Leads for Product Management, Marketing, and Operations.Drive territory and product mix performance, successfully implementing growth measures where needed.Support dealers in developing and maintaining markets and customers.Lead all aspects of sales forecast and delivery, working closely with regional teams.Produce and deliver an Annual Sales Plan aligned with regional requirements.Travel more than 50% of the time. Requirements: Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Life Science, or equivalent experience.Proven experience in sophisticated commercial business or direct sales.Familiarity with sales and marketing tools to determine and understand the market.Strong leadership skills and ability to build and maintain processes.Proficiency in German and English.Join our exceptionally inclusive and collaborative team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.
