Amazon Account Manager - Premium Beauty Brand Salary: £50-65k Location: Central London Working Model: Hybrid Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to manage their Amazon Vendor UK account. This role focuses on sales growth, product listing optimization, and advertising campaigns. The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with global teams to drive efficiencies and maximize sales across territories. The Amazon Account & Marketing Manager will: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Amazon Vendor account, ensuring compliance and optimizing performance. Develop a long term strategy with a focus on premiumisation as opposed to promotional driven activity. Approach Amazon as a key channel as part of the Omnichannel strategy and not in a siloe. Understanding Amazon as part of a wider ecosystem and the impact it can have on improving overall brand performance will be essential in this role. Manage inventory levels, promotional strategies, and order fulfilment to maximize profitability. Utilize data-driven insights to implement strategies that drive sales growth and improve supply chain efficiency. Optimize product listings with SEO best practices, managing A content and the storefront for enhanced customer experience. Develop and execute Amazon marketing and advertising campaigns to increase sales and traffic. Managing 3rd Party Amazon Advertising agency, holding them to account on SLAs, defined advertising strategy and tactical changes and campaign launches. Essential Skills: Detailed knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central. Ability to build a strategic premium brand strategy - not reliant on promotional activity alone. Proven experience in Amazon operations, logistics, and fulfilment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships Amazon and 3rd Party Advertising agency partners. Results-driven, with a solution-focused attitude and flexibility.
