Our client is a well-established commercial cleaning company who are looking for an experienced Ops Manager to join their team in North London. The ideal Cleaning Operations Manager will be confident in leading and supporting Account Managers and Cleaning Operatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, contract retention, and professional client relationships are developed and maintained.
