System and Reporting Manager

We are on the lookout for a Systems & Reporting Manager based at our M&S facility in Peterborough . Working with a well-established clothing retailer, you will be working towards process improvement and the development of business cases in tandem with the onsite team. You will be joining us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday, between 09:00 to 17:00. What youll do on a typical day: Demonstrate customer focused objectives to improve cost and service delivery with a focus on continuous improvement and the Six Sigma process Create and drive business cases to reduce cost and improve customer experience Prioritise workload to push initiatives based on customer feedback and demands Analysis of current reporting streams and development of new reporting streams to better cascade information and reduce multiple entries of the same data What you need to succeed at GXO: Experience in computer sciences and Six Sigma is desirable Ability to gather data and present in transparent ways which can be understood from a junior to a senior level Experience using JDA WMS at a frontend user level Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with experience in fast paced operations We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains TPBN1_UKTJ
