Sous Chef

The Prince is an independent pub in North London with a focus on boutique craft beer and natural wines. We have just extended our food offer with great response and are looking for a like minded chef to join our team. We take care with sourcing (and growing) all our products and cook everything from fresh on site. We have just converted an area of the pub into a 32 cover restaurant and will be running a bar menu alongside. The right candidate would attract reasonable hours, plus tronc, health insurance and the possibility of accommodation in the package. TPBN1_UKCT
