Multi Trade Operative

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative.

Our client is a well-established Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.

All candidates must have a Full Driving Licence and relevant qualifications and/or experience.

The Role:

This role will be on a repairs and maintenance contract, completing works in occupied and void properties.

Duties:

* Basic carpentry - Hanging Doors, Skirting, Flooring, Architrave

* Basic plumbing - tap, toilet, basin changes, connecting pipework, fault finding

* Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment Works

* Minor Tiling repairs to bathrooms and kitchens

* Patch Plastering

* Snagging Works

* Logging works via PDA

* Liaising with customers, clients, and staff

Candidate Requirements

* Full UK Driver’s Licence

* Core trade qualification is desirable but not essential

* 2+ years’ experience within a similar trade role

Working Hours

* Monday – Friday

* 37.5 Hours Per Week

* Lunch Break

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £21.00-£22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
