About the Company:

About the Role:
This is a true generalist HRBP position and experience in a similar role is required. The ideal candidate will come from either the retail or hospitality sector, with previous experience as a HR Business Partner, Junior HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
Responsibilities:
- Performance management and training and development.
- Recruitment and onboarding.
- Building credible relationships, coaching, supporting, and challenging managers, so exceptional relationship-building and communication skills are key within the role.
- Support and work with the leadership team to support change and mentor store managers
- Provide sound and commercial advice on employment, performance management, and talent management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment preferably retail or hospitality with proven experience as a generalist HR partner.
- Strong ER experience and confidence in constructively challenging stakeholders.
- Rapport builder & natural coach. CIPD credentials are an advantage.
- Experience working across corporate / head office functions.
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions.
- Strong influencing skills and a passion for embedding our core values. Solution Orientated, exceptionally well-organised, innovative problem solver.
