Senior Sustainability Consultant Ref:BM441 This is a great opportunity to join an expanding sustainability consultancy who have been at the forefront of providing environmental services to the built environment for 20 years. They have recently taken on a range of exciting projects within the construction industry and are looking for a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join their team based in Guildford. Key responsibilities for a Senior Sustainability Consultant include: Lead the sustainability team on numerous construction projects, ensuring their successful delivery Work alongside the senior management team and help deliver on the day to day running of the company Provide highly technical advice on sustainability services such as BREEAM, LEED, WELL, and SKA Produce high quality reports for clients and work alongside the design team on various construction projectsA Senior Sustainability Consultant will need: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant role within the built environment BSc or MSc within a sustainability or energy discipline Previous experience delivering BREEAM Assessments for RIBA planning stages BREEAM AP Qualification Working knowledge of UK Sustainability legislations Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsBenefits of the role: Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £55,000 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Training and development Sabbaticals Cycle to work schemeIf This role interests you or if you are interested in searching for other roles relating to sustainability please feel free to contact Ben Moore on (phone number removed) or email (url removed).
