Construction Manager – Scaffolding Contractor (Hyperscale Data Centre) West London £60/80k & Excellent Package Are you an experienced Construction Manager with a strong and stable track record in overseeing specialist contractors? We have an exciting opportunity for you to play a pivotal role in the delivery of a high-profile Hyperscale Data Centre in West London. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of a Scaffolding Contractor, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and seamless integration with other site activities. Your focus will be on maintaining high safety standards, efficient workflow, and adherence to project timelines, while fostering collaboration between all parties involved. This position will keep you on site until December 2026 Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage the Scaffolding Contractor, ensuring they meet all project requirements, safety regulations, and deadlines. * Coordinate daily activities and ensure seamless communication between the scaffolding team and other site operations. * Monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues that arise and implementing corrective actions as needed. * Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, conducting regular inspections and audits. * Maintain accurate records of work performed, including progress reports, safety documentation, and resource management. * Liaise closely with the client, providing regular updates on scaffolding activities and contributing to overall project success. * Support the smooth integration of scaffolding services into the broader construction schedule.
